1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of supercar.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them before you buy. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Who We Are

Supercar is an online store operated by Nestrient LLC ("Supercar," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

Nestrient LLC is the seller of record for every order placed on the Site and is the party responsible to you under these Terms.

3. Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and be authorized to use the payment method you provide.

We sell and ship only within the United States. We do not accept orders for delivery to addresses outside the United States, including U.S. territories not served by our carriers, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale, orders that fail payment verification, and multiple orders placed to the same address or with the same payment method in a way that suggests abuse of a promotion.

4. The Product We Sell

Supercar sells a single product: heavy duty custom-fit car floor mats for cars, SUVs, and trucks. Each set is manufactured to order according to the vehicle details you select at checkout. We do not hold finished stock of every configuration, and a set made for one vehicle will not fit another.

5. Fitment Is Based on the Details You Provide

At checkout you select the following:

  • Car make

  • Model

  • Car year

  • Number of seats / mat set

  • Steering wheel position (left-hand or right-hand drive)

  • Color

We manufacture to those selections. We have no way to verify them independently, because we do not collect your VIN, license plate, or registration — see our Privacy Policy.

It is your responsibility to select details that match your actual vehicle. Your model year and trim are printed on the driver's door jamb sticker. If you are unsure which option to choose, email support@supercar.com before ordering and we will confirm the correct fitment for you.

What happens if a set does not fit is set out in full in our Return & Refund Policy. In summary: if you selected correctly and the set still does not fit, that is our error and we bear the full cost. If the selections did not match the vehicle, the set is still returnable within 30 days with no restocking fee, and we offer a discounted remake.

6. Product Safety and Correct Installation

Floor mats sit in the driver's footwell, so correct installation matters for your safety. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

  • Remove the existing mat first. Never place a Supercar mat on top of a factory mat or any other mat. Stacked mats can slide forward and trap a pedal.

  • Use the retention system. If your vehicle has floor mat retention hooks, posts, or clips, secure the mat to them. If the mat does not reach the anchors, stop and contact us — do not use it.

  • Check pedal clearance before driving. With the engine off, press the accelerator, brake, and clutch through their full travel and confirm nothing contacts or restricts the mat.

  • Re-check after cleaning or removal. Confirm the mat is seated and secured every time you put it back.

  • Do not cut, trim, or modify the mat to make it fit. A modified mat is outside our warranty and may not sit safely.

  • Stop using the mat immediately if it shifts position, curls, bunches, or interferes with any pedal, and contact us.

Supercar mats are aftermarket accessories. They are not original equipment manufacturer parts, they are not sold or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer, and they are not certified to any vehicle manufacturer specification. Installing an aftermarket floor mat does not by itself void your vehicle warranty, but we make no representation about your vehicle manufacturer's warranty terms.

We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage caused by a mat that was installed contrary to these instructions, used in a vehicle other than the one it was manufactured for, or modified after delivery.

7. Product Images, Colors, and Descriptions

We work to describe the product accurately. Even so:

  • Product photographs are illustrative. The vehicle interiors shown in our images are examples and are not included with your purchase.

  • Screen calibration varies between devices, so the shade you see online may differ slightly from the mats you receive. A slight variation in shade is not a defect.

  • Measurements and weights are approximate.

If a description, specification, or price on the Site is inaccurate, we may correct it at any time, including after you have placed an order. If a correction materially affects an order you have already paid for, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.

8. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

The price shown on the product page is the price of the mat set. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address. Where a state or local fee applies to your delivery — for example the Colorado Retail Delivery Fee on qualifying deliveries to Colorado addresses — it is shown as a separate line item at checkout.

Standard shipping within the United States is free. There are no handling charges, no processing fees, and no surcharges added after checkout. The total shown on the final checkout screen is the total you pay.

Prices may change at any time. A price change does not affect an order we have already accepted.

8.1 Reference prices and promotions

Where we display a reference price alongside a lower price — for example a strikethrough price or a percentage saving — the reference price is the manufacturer's suggested retail price for the set, or a price at which we have previously offered the set. Reference prices are not a representation that the product sold at that price in every market or at all times.

Promotional prices and discount codes apply only while displayed, only to eligible orders, and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

8.2 Pricing errors

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you, and you may either confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.

9. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. Your order is accepted only when we send you a shipping confirmation, or when we notify you that production has begun — whichever comes first. Until then we may decline the order and refund you in full.

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. That email acknowledges receipt of your order; it is not acceptance.

Because each set is made to order, production begins shortly after payment. Cancellation is therefore time-sensitive and is governed by our Cancellation Policy. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us immediately with your order number.

10. Payment

You may pay using the methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate.

Payment is processed by third-party payment providers that comply with applicable PCI-DSS requirements. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials.

We may verify your payment and identity before accepting an order. If verification fails, or if a payment is reversed, we may cancel or suspend the order.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping within the United States is free. Production and delivery timeframes, tracking, delays, lost parcels, and undeliverable addresses are covered by our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. If a parcel is returned to us because the address you supplied was incomplete or incorrect, our Return & Refund Policy explains your options.

12. Returns, Cancellations, and Warranty

Your rights are set out in full in the following pages, each of which forms part of these Terms:

  • Return & Refund Policy — 30-day returns from delivery, no restocking fee, and the one-year limited warranty

13. Intellectual Property

The Site and everything on it that we created — text, product photography, graphics, layout, and the Supercar name and logo — is owned by Nestrient LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.

You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, resell, or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

14. Vehicle Manufacturer Trademarks

Vehicle make and model names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on the Site solely to identify fitment. Supercar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer. No vehicle manufacturer has reviewed, approved, or certified our products.

15. Reviews and Content You Submit

If you submit a product review, a photograph, or any other content to us, you agree that:

  • The content is your own, is truthful, and reflects your actual experience with the product

  • You own it or have the right to share it, and it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights

  • It contains nothing unlawful, abusive, obscene, defamatory, or misleading

  • You are not being paid or otherwise compensated by us to post it, unless that relationship is clearly disclosed in the content itself

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and adapt that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You keep ownership of your content.

We may decline to publish, or later remove, content that breaches these Terms. We do not write, buy, or incentivize fake reviews, and we do not remove a review simply because it is negative.

16. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site to:

  • Break any law, or to solicit or assist anyone else in breaking the law

  • Infringe our intellectual property rights or anyone else's

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person

  • Submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, or use a false email address

  • Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Site

  • Scrape, spider, crawl, or harvest data from the Site, or collect other users' personal information

  • Probe, circumvent, or interfere with the security of the Site

  • Place an order you do not intend to complete, or abuse promotions, returns, or the warranty process

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site for any of the above.

17. Accounts

If the Site offers account creation, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@supercar.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close an account used in breach of these Terms.

18. Electronic Communications

By using the Site you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, returns and warranty correspondence, and legal notices. You agree that electronic records and electronic signatures satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Marketing communications are separate and require your opt-in. See our Privacy Policy for how to unsubscribe.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

The product is covered by our express one-year limited warranty, set out in the Return & Refund Policy. Apart from that written warranty and any rights you have by law, we make no other express warranties.

Because we provide you with a written limited warranty, any implied warranties — including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — are limited in duration to the one-year period of that written warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestrient LLC and its members, managers, employees, agents, suppliers, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or the product, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of use.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.

Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nestrient LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

22. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, epidemic, labor disputes, carrier failure, supplier failure, power or network outage, or government action. Where such an event delays your order, we will keep you informed and you may cancel for a full refund if the delay becomes unreasonable.

23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Talk to us first. If you have a problem, email support@supercar.com with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a description of the issue. We will respond within 1 business day and will work with you in good faith for 30 days to resolve it. Most issues are resolved at this stage.

If a dispute is not resolved within that period, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. This does not prevent either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court, and it does not require you to travel to Colorado to pursue a small claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Colorado Consumer Protection Act, the consumer protection law of your own state, or applicable federal law.

24. Which Document Controls

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Nestrient LLC regarding the Site and your order.

If a conflict arises between these Terms and one of those policies, the more specific policy controls for its own subject matter — the Return & Refund Policy governs returns and the warranty, the Shipping Policy governs delivery, the Cancellation Policy governs cancellations, and the Privacy Policy governs personal information. These Terms govern everything else.

The version of each document that applies to your order is the version published on the date you placed it.

25. General

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, we have not waived our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Changes take effect when posted and apply to orders placed after that date. A change we make later will not reduce the rights attached to an order you have already paid for.
